We are looking for a Medical Writer who will provide scientific support for designated PCMS projects and new business proposals. Some of the key aspects of the role are:

To provide the scientific and medical support to ensure successful project delivery.
To work with the business development team and contribute to new business proposals.
To develop and maintain professional relationships with financial supporters and external opinion leaders, as required.
To develop expertise and knowledge across a range of therapeutic areas of projects, including an understanding of the science behind products within the disease state.
To write high quality scientific copy aimed at the appropriate level for target audiences.

Oversee and contribute to the effective development and delivery of a wide variety of projects providing quality educational materials to healthcare professional, patients and other healthcare audiences.
Work closely with medical writers and other team members to ensure that all materials created adhere to high company standards and style guidelines, ensuring scientific accuracy and functionality in line with the project brief.
Serve as liaison between the in-house client service, medical writing and print and digital production departments
Ensuring high quality standards across a broad range of print and online products
Line manage, support and mentor an editorial assistant
